The popularity of LED chips has become more and more wide, various styles LED lighting may use patch LED, especially in the backlights and indicators of ultra-thin mobile phones and PDAs.When the LED chip is wet, evaporation or expansion may occur during the soldering process, and the moisture-containing product may be detached or the optical characteristics may be damaged.
After opening, the LED chip needs to be maintained at 30C, 70% RH or less. After the product is opened, it needs to be welded within 168 hours.
